Somewhat apprehensively I did this and within 15 minutes…
I woke up to find all my ring mains were inoperative due to a short somewhere in the system. Nothing I could do would fix it. I Googled 'emergency electricians' and found Earth Electrical operating in my area. I phoned them, Cliff answered and was very reassuring. He thought he could get someone out to me within the hour which turned out not to be the case due to the local electrician having prior commitments. So instead he asked me to photograph the consumer unit so that he could talk me through identifying the problem. Somewhat apprehensively I did this and within 15 minutes he had enabled me to identify which circuit was causing the problem. Shortly after he was able to get me to isolate the faulty device so that all circuits could be operative again. The whole interaction with Cliff was reassuring professional. £65 well spent.

I was doing some DIY work at home and I put loads of filler into the back of an electrical socket and all the sockets just kept on tripping. Cliff explain to me what was happening and helped me rectify the problem.

I was pleased with the knowledge I learned during that period...
I unplug all my sockets & I tried switching off my fuse box, but I couldn't get my power back on, which forced me to ring an emergency electrician. Cliff offered to help me sort the problem over the phone. We got the power back on, and I was pleased with the knowledge I learned during that period, which in itself was worth the £££ I paid. Thanks.

It was a great service
On Saturday night I couldn't get an emergency electrician to visit my property for an emergency problem I had. Clifton offered this service of fixing it via the phone and after 20 minutes we located that it was the boiler that was causing my electrics to trip. I didn't think that he could do it, so I think it was a great service.
